Why a Mac mini instead of just using Claude in a browser?

It's a dedicated computer that stays logged into your tools and runs around the clock, even when everyone's gone home. Nobody has to leave a laptop open, and it isn't tied to one person's machine.

Whose Claude account is it?

Yours. You sign up for Claude in your company's name and pay Anthropic directly. We help you pick the right plan during setup. If you ever stop working with us, everything keeps working.

How does remote help work?

We connect to the box with secure remote access only when you approve it. Every session is logged, and you can revoke our access at any time from the box itself.

Is my data safe?

Your files and logins stay on the box in your office, encrypted at rest. We don't keep copies. You decide what the box can reach and which actions need your approval first.

Does my data leave Canada?

Your files stay on the box in your office. When Claude works on a task, the text it needs is sent to Anthropic for processing, which happens outside Canada. During setup we show you exactly what the box sends, so you can decide what fits your obligations under Canadian privacy law.

Do you only work in Toronto?

We install in person anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, from Mississauga to Pickering. Outside the GTA, we can ship a pre-configured box and set it up with you remotely.

What if it gets something wrong?

Anything that leaves the building, like client emails, payments or deletions, can wait for your thumbs-up. Every action is logged, and we review the log with you during the first 30 days.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Plans are month to month after the first 90 days, and you can move between tiers any month. The hardware and your Claude account stay yours.
