StaffBox is a Toronto business. We install every box in person, and we're the ones who answer when you need help.
Most small businesses know AI could take work off their plate. Few have a spare person to figure it out, connect it to their tools and keep it running.
So we made it something you can have delivered. One box, set up around how your business runs, installed at your office and looked after by the people who installed it.
You own the box and the Claude account. We do the setup and the upkeep.
The people who set up your box are the people you call afterwards.
Every box is delivered and installed by us, in person, at your office.
When something needs fixing or a new job needs adding, you reach us directly, and we connect only with your OK.
We install every box at your office, anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area, and walk your team through it.
The hardware, the Claude account and the data stay in your name. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working.
We connect remotely only when you approve it, and every session is logged.
The box is a computer you own, on your own network. Your files, logins and history live on it, not on a StaffBox server. To do a task, it sends Claude only the text that task needs, on your own Claude account.
